Tender Details

Participation requests are used to collect participation applications. The suitability of the Service Providers who responded to the notice of participation is checked, after which only approved operators who meet the suitability are sent a final request for tender and the final tender request attachments. With this request for participation, the attachments of the upcoming request for tender are sent for information, excluding the confidential material, which is delivered to the Service Providers who have been accepted in the request for participation and who have submitted a confidentiality agreement. The appendices are still mostly in "Draft" mode and may be refined. The procurement is divided into sub-areas 1 and 2 (OA1 and OA2). The estimated value of the acquisition excluding VAT during the entire contract period (including possible option periods) is OA1: 20, 340, 000 euros and OA2: 9, 920, 000 euros. The Subscriber acquires the Service as described in the request for quotation with its attachments. The contract is made for one With the service provider per sub-area for a contract period of four (4) years.
