SCOPE OF WORK The Property Maintenance and Repairs Services must be delivered at the Embassy of Canada to the Philippines, in Manila The detailed requirements given are intended to provide minimum guidelines for the work that is to be performed and are not intended to be exclusive instructions. The work includes the provision of periodic services required to meet operational needs. Services must be provided in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Statement of Work and must support a clean, safe, and professional environment at all times while not interfering with the daily operations or activities of the building-s occupants, clients, or visitors. 2. TASKS / REQUIREMENT The section below defines each type of service that may be requested on a “AS-AND-WHEN REQUESTED” basis but is not limited to: a. Plumbing Repairs and Installations • Repairs of installed plumbing fixtures; • Installation of new plumbing fixtures; • Removal and replacement of existing plumbing fixtures; • Installation of new water supply or drain lines using appropriate materials in conformity with local building codes; and • Repairs of existing water supply or drain lines in conformity with building codes; and caulking work of bathtub and sink. b.
