Tender Details

Property insurance for State Administration Units 1. The subject of the order is property insurance for State Administration Units. 2. The ordering parties are the State Administration Units listed in the Annex. No. 1 to SWZ, in the name and on behalf of where the Central Ordering Party operates - Government Administration Service Center, ul. Powsińska 69/71, 02-903 Warszawa, as the entity conducting the public procurement procedure. 3. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order have been provided specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the order - Annex. No. 2 to SWZ. 4. The detailed method of implementing the subject of the order is specified in the Annex. No. 3 to SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract. 5. The Ordering Party envisages awarding the orders referred to in: referred to in art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Act up to 50% of the value of the basic contract. The scope of the order will be property insurance covered by the basic order, which will be awarded in accordance with the procedure resulting from Art. 214 section 1 point 7 Public Procurement Law The terms and conditions of the contract will be consistent with the terms and conditions contained in the basic order. 6. The Ordering Party does not envisage conducting an electronic auction referred to in Art. 227 - 238 of the Public Procurement Law. 7. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers variants within the meaning of Art. 92 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 8.
