Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is property insurance for State Administration Units. 2. The ordering parties are the State Administration Units listed in the Annex. No. 1 to SWZ, on behalf of and for which the Central Ordering Party - Service Center acts Government Administration, ul. Powsińska 69/71, 02-903 Warszawa, as the entity conducting the public procurement procedure. 3. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order are specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the order - Annex. nr 2 do SWZ. 4. The detailed method of implementing the subject of the order is specified in the Annex. No. 3 to SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract. 5. The Ordering Party envisages awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law up to 50% of the value basic order. The scope of the order will be property insurance covered by the basic order, which will be awarded in accordance with the procedure resulting from Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. The terms of execution of the contract will be in accordance with conditions included in the basic order. 6. The Ordering Party does not envisage conducting an electronic auction referred to in Art. 227 - 238 of the Public Procurement Law. 7. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers within the meaning of Art. 92 section 1 of the Act Pzp. 8. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.
