The Authority invites submission of Expression of Interest ("EOI") from any party who is interested in developing the project ("Project") stated below. Interested parties are required to express their interest by submitting to the Authority the completed Reply Form (together with the required information stated therein) contained in the Invitation Brochure in the manner described therein. This Invitation Brochure can be obtained upon request at the Authority's office. In the light of any possible special work arrangement for COVID-19 pandemic, the office hours may be adjusted by the Authority. Interested parties are suggested to visit the Authority-s website or call 2588 2333 for enquiring the updated office hours of the Authority before accessing to the Authority-s office.

In case of any actual or anticipated blockage of the public access to the location of the designated tender box at the Authority-s office in certain areas of Hong Kong or closure of the Authority-s office or suspension of all public transport in Hong Kong for whatever reasons at any time between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Authority may extend the closing time of the EOI and/or the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcement of such extension at any time before or after the closing time of the EOI on the Authority-s website. For the avoidance of doubt, the specified closing time of the EOI and the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.
