A residential building project is to be built on the property in accordance with the specifications of the market town provides affordable housing with around 40-50 apartments in an affordable/subsidized rental purchase. The property is owned by Land-Invest Salzburger Baulandsicherungsgesellschaft mbH, which is selling it as trustee. The property contains around 4, 000 square meters.
