Property and casualty insurance The subject of the public contract is a set of insurance services for the contracting authority, or for the central contracting authority and authorizing contracting authority defined in paragraph 1.1 of the procurement documentation. Insurance services include movable and immovable insurance real estate and liability insurance. The procurement procedure is carried out by the contracting authority both on its own account and also in the position of the central contracting authority according to § 9 paragraph 1 letter b) ZZVZ for the account of the authorizing contracting authorities listed in paragraph 1.1 of the procurement documentation. In accordance with the contract on centralized procurement, the contract for the performance of the public contract with the selected supplier as the insurer will be concluded exclusively by the central contracting authority as the policyholder, including for the account of the authorizing contracting authorities. So the insured will be the central contracting authority as well as the authorizing contracting authorities according to paragraph 1.1 of the procurement documentation. The contracting authority points out that during the duration of the contract concluded on the basis of this public contract, due to the ongoing restructuring of the central contracting authority, the company Teplárny Brno, a.s., assume or at least cannot rule out transfers of movable and immovable property between insured companies, or changes in the business firms of the central contracting authority or commissioning contracting authorities; a transfer to another person within the framework cannot be ruled out either groups of the central contracting authority.
