The offeror must submit form 2b addendum to the offer for the economic best sub-criterionmore favorable offers as proof that it meets the conditions of the delivery deadline in hours for Group II;

The offer of the Bidder whose individual deadline for the delivery of the shipment of fuel to the address Ilovac, Karlovac, Zagrebačka 17 D is more than 72 hours from the ordering branch of the customer will be assessed as incorrect and will be rejectedand based on Art. 295. item 1.
