The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION for Propane Delivery Services at the United States Military Academy (USMA).
The estimated period of performance is 08 September 2026 - 07 September 2028 (base period plus one one-year option period).
This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns under NAICS code 324110 - Petroleum Refineries. This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in refining crude petroleum into refined petroleum. Petroleum refining involves one or more of the following activities: (1) fractionation; (2) straight distillation of crude oil; and (3) cracking (size standard 1, 500 employees) and PSC S204 - Housekeeping- Fueling and Other Petroleum. In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a WOSB under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov.
