1. The City Government of Mandaue, through the Continuing Appropriations (2023), LDRRMF (9940) - Buildings (1-07-04-010) Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Sixty One Thousand One Hundred Fifty Three Pesos and 89/100 Centavos (Php2, 361, 153.89) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Prop. Training Center (CDRRMO Building ) D.M. Cortes St. Norkis Park, M.C. (016-2024). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
