1. The City Government of Mandaue, through the Special Health Fund (SHF) (SL- Code 2-02-01-050-0001) Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Five Hundred Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Two Pesos and 53/100 Centavos (Php10, 511, 332.53) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Prop. 3-storey Super Health Center Phase 1 (revised) Centro, Mandaue City (018-2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 170 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
