Washington County is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to provide prevention and early intervention services through an Early Childhood Promotora Program. This program will provide services to communities in Washington County with historically underrepresented and low-participation populations, to provide basic parenting education, developmental screening, referral and linkage to behavioral health services and other community resources. Services will be provided by bilingual and bicultural parent educators. The total approximate award amount is up to $530, 000 per year, with the expectation that funding may be a partial award of the total amount split across multiple proposers, depending on the number of qualifying proposals.
