This Framework Agreement concerns the supply of promotional items and business gifts for the Client.

The Client uses a webshop. On the one hand for business orders (through an OCI connection via Proactis) and on the other hand for private orders placed directly via the web.bshop has expired.

Business orders are placed via the Proactis purchasing system. Private orders do not take place via the Proactis purchasing system and are processed entirely in the webshop.
