It is a promotion assignment that gives a promoter the assignment to:

• Theto design and realize full program as determined in the specifications and the appendices;

• to partially finance the conventioned owner -occupied homes. This partial financing means that the promoter in the context of the decision of the Brussels -Capital Government of 26 September2013 on the implementation of the urban renewal assignments of the regional development company for the Brussels -Capital Region (BS 24.10.2013), as amended by decision of 16 November 2023 (BS 11.04.2024), a subsidy is awarded for the project that in principleBordered is at 30 %. The financing by the promoter runs from the design of the project to its complete achievement, including all accompanying works (studies, demolition and construction works ...), and the commercialization of the project;

• to commercialize the owner-occupied homesAccording to the modalities of the decision of 26 September 2013 on the implementation of the urban renewal assignments of the regional development company for the Brussels -Capital Region (BS 24.10.2013), as amended by decision of 16 November 2023 (BS 11.04.2024), and belowthe leasehold system.
