1. The subject of the order is the service called "Promotion of the Lubuskie Voivodeship through transportair carriers operating from the Zielona Gora/Babimost airport to the airport. F. Chopin in Warsaw and other international airports" on the route between Zielona Gora Airport - Babimost (IEG) ↔ Marsa Alam Airport (RMF) - as part of the holiday offer of travel agencies during the 44thholiday and tourist stays, where a holiday and tourist stay is understood as a "there" and "back" departure (44 rotations), throughout the duration of the contract on the route: Zielona Gora (IEG) - Marsa Alam (RMF) - Zielona Gora (IEG) ), in connection with the performance of air transport carried out pursuant to the Actair charter agreement, in which the air carrier provides the charterer with a specified number of seats in order to transport passengers - using advertising media described in the annex to the OPZ.
