The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Middle East District (SWM) considering the use of alternative delivery methods such as Integrated Design and Construction (IDaC) to support the pre-construction activities and construction of secure facilities that are ICD-705 compliant at Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Qatar.
