HMMS, on behalf of the Security Services Department at SJHC, is seeking to establish an agreement with a qualified Proponent for the provision of a comprehensive security camera system replacement and ongoing system management solution across multiple SJHC sites. The intent is to replace the existing legacy surveillance system with a modern, scalable, and secure enterprise-wide solution, inclusive of all required equipment, software, storage, implementation, and support services. The proposed solution must support deployment across the following locations: • Parkwood Institute Main Building • St. Joseph-s Hospital - Main Site (Grosvenor) • Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care • Family Medical and Dental Centre • Parking garages at Parkwood and Grosvenor • Surface parking lots associated with the above sites The system must enable centralized visibility and management across all sites.
