The material storage buildings are located at the Vankleek Hill, Stonecliffe, Madoc and Young-s Point MTO patrol yards. The contract shall include an engineered design to incorporate steel cladding onto the existing steel structure of the building, i.e., strapping system; and front and rear wall designs as required. The design is to consider snow, wind and other loading requirements for the respective areas as required. The existing coverall fabrics are to be removed and properly disposed as part of this contract. Any materials used for this project are to be be reviewed and approved by the Ministry prior to use. Scope of Work The purpose of this project is to remove the existing derelict coverall fabric on the four material storage buildings and install steel cladding on the building structures in 2026 and 2027.
