Supply Ontario (SO) is seeking Bids from Bidders for our existing multi-vendor Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Artificial Intelligence (AI), stream AI Scribe solutions. This VOR arrangement will provide the entities in public Healthcare Sector with access to qualified vendors to provide AI Scribe solutions to meet their needs. This VOR arrangement aims to introduce a digital tool designed to reduce the administrative burden on healthcare practitioners, allowing them to focus more on patient care. This will enhance patient engagement, improve care coordination, and optimize clinical workflows. The objective of this RFB is to refresh the existing Artificial Intelligence Solutions VOR arrangement with multiple vendors for the provision of Deliverables as described in this RFB. This RFB is only open to new vendors. Incumbent awarded vendors must not submit new bids. The Bidder must have the necessary infrastructure in place to serve and support all of Ontario. Scope of Work *Capture ambiently patient-physician conversations. *Transform these audio recordings into text using speech-to-text technology. *Generate a clinical note from the transcribed text using artificial intelligence (particularly employing a large language model).
