Tender Details

The Ministry requires a lease of two (2) high-capacity printers. This includes the delivery, installation, on-call services and maintenance of the Equipment within the term(s) specified in the Deliverables. Scope of Work The Ministry prints approximately 120, 000 prints monthly at its mailroom operations located in Thunder Bay, Ontario. During peak months, the branch prints over 200, 000 pages per month. The typical daily printing work includes monochromatic (black and white) single or double-sided impressions on standard letter and legal-size paper of varying weight. A separate folder-inserter-sealer machine is used to fold the letters, add inserts and seal the mailing envelopes. The Vendor will provide the lease, the equipment (software, hardware) and Maintenance on lease for initial term of two (2) years with an option to extend for three (3) additional terms of two (2) years each, with a condition that the two new printers will be provided to replace initial printers after completion of the first extension of two (2) years. The Equipment will meet all of the mandatory requirements set out in the RFB . The Equipment will be leased by the Ministry shortly after the execution of the Agreement with the Vendor.
