Supply Ontario (SO) is looking to establish a single-vendor, enterprise-wide Vendor of Record arrangement for a Digital Procurement Solution (DPS). The new DPS will provide a single digital marketplace to the public sector to provide tendering services and digitalization of the procurement process and contract management while assisting in meeting Ontario-s trade obligations by supporting open, fair and transparent competitive procurements for goods and services. This solution will, over time, enable suppliers to find all Ontario public sector procurement opportunities in one easy to use solution. SO is looking to procure a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that will enable an end-to-end supply chain process. Scope of Work Some of the key capabilities that SO may consider for the solution include, but are not limited to, the following: • Procurement Intake • Supplier Management & Prequalification • Sourcing (e-Procurement) • Guided Workflow • Supplier Performance Management • Contract Management • Reporting and Spend Analysis • Category Management • General & Business Administration Vendors should also consider these additional capabilities • Automation and Artificial Intelligence • Modular Design • Robotic Process Automation • Interface with other solutions • Maintaining Availability • Ensuring Integrity of Data • Security and Access Controls • Emerging technologies and Scalability • Audit, Logging and Monitoring • Privacy and Accessibility
