This is a Request for Bids (RFB) for the provision of full-scope general contractor services from start-up through close-out for the Carriage Shed Reconstruction Project at Macdonell Williamson House, 25 Rue Des Outaouais, Chute-à-Blondeau Township of East Hawkesbury K0B 1B0 Scope of Work General contractor services are required for the Reconstruction of the Carriage Shed at Macdonell Williamson House. The general scope of work includes: • Full-scope heritage masonry restoration services for existing stone foundation walls, as indicated on Drawings • Full-scope timber building construction Substantial project completion must be fulfilled by December 15, 2024. Therefore, Award of Contract to be completed in a timely fashion.
