Under this Request for Bids the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery is procuring a fault-tolerant cloud-based Incident Management Communication Service. This Solution will be used by other Ministries within the Ontario Public Service (OPS) for emergency Notification. Scope of Work The ability to send Notification to Recipient(s) for high priority Incidents and to initiate "call-outs" for situation room and emergency public safety type messaging to members of the Emergency Management Forum, are critical in the support of the OPS Incident management process and Continuity of Operations Process messaging. The service is required to support 7x24x365 (or 366 calendar days in the event of a leap year) operations for time-sensitive Incident support of the OPS-s many critical and sensitive applications and services.
