Description : Request for Qualifications for Legal Practice Management Software for AI-Based Time Recording Note: This is one of two concurrent RFQs for the Ministry's planned Civil Law Management System. The second is the RFQ for Legal Document and Matter Management Software, Tender_17019. The Ministry of the Attorney General invites vendors to pre-qualify to provide SaaS AI-Based Time Recording software on a subscription basis along with related implementation, training, and support services. Pre-qualified vendors - and only pre-qualified vendors -- will be eligible to participate in a Competitive Dialogue in which they can view and provide comments on draft Request for Bid (RFB) documents followed by an invitation-only RFB process. The software will form a component of the planned Civil Law Management System which will be used by approximately 900 lawyers, business professionals and managers in twenty-one branches across the Ontario Government.
