Description : 1. The development of an internet and mobile responsive interface that delivers Hunter Education Course developed by the Vendor, and approved by the Ministry, and tracks results for students. 2. A registration system that provides event management, advertisement, booking, monitoring and attendee management (attendance and course results). 3. Data management including the collection and storage of student Personal Information and course results. 4. An integrated Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard compliant payment processing system. 5. Online and Call Centre User Support services. 6. Training on the LMS for Administrators and Instructors. 7. Reporting and analytics functionality to carry out pre-defined and ad hoc reporting to support course and event administration for Administrators and Instructors. Scope of Work The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry regulates hunting in Ontario. Ontario-s legislative framework under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997 (FWCA) requires that all new hunters must take the appropriate training and pass an exam before they can purchase their first hunting licence, to ensure they have the specific safety related competencies.
