fro seeks the services of qualified bidders to provide comprehensive, cost-effective banking services for the processing, and recording of deposits and disbursements as required to enable fro to fulfill its mandate under the family responsibility and support arrears enforcement act, 1996 (the "act"). the bidder must provide accurate and timely services, automated and efficient banking and related processes, and secure access to bank information. bidders are encouraged to describe in their bids any innovative services that will accomplish the desired goals of this rfb.
