Tender Details

This Registration of Interest (ROI) relates to the Vertical Works contract opportunity on Project Te Whare Toroa (the Project), which will comprise the construction of all buildings and building foundations on the Project.

A select number of Respondents to this ROI will be invited to submit Proposals for the Vertical Works contract via a Request for Proposals process. It is anticipated that Successful Respondents will be notified of their shortlisting by the 6th of November, and that the RFP will be released on the 29th of November.
