The contracting authority, the Statutory City of Brno, invites you to submit a bid for the public order "Project preparation for the modernization of low-current distribution systems - Old Town Hall". The subject of the public contract is the processing of documentation for planning/construction permits (DPZ) and PDPS. The goal is to network the building according to the requirements of the Municipality of Brno (connection to the information system of the Municipality) with regard to the possibilities of monument protection. The set of Old Town Hall buildings is registered in the Central List of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic with National Cultural Monument Protection monument under register no. 505 - The old town hall of the royal city of Brno from 1 July 2024 and with historical preservation, a cultural monument. No. 18717/7-81 - Town Hall - Old Town Hall from 3 May 1958. A more detailed specification of the subject of public procurement is given in Annex No. 1 hereof calls for tenders. Annex No. 4 of the procurement documentation, which contains the project preparation and verification of the feasibility of the modernization of low-current distributions - Stará radnice 05/2025, will be provided by the contracting authority electronically based on the supplier's request, which must deliver via the electronic tool E-ZAK available at https://ezak.brno.cz/.
