Lot 1 - Project support Lot 2 - Operation management RTE, manager of the public electricity transmission network, is launching a multi-awardee framework agreement for intellectual services of operational support for construction and modification projects. its infrastructure (overhead and underground lines, substations): support for the management and technical support of projects, and operational management of national programs. Main features: - Multi-awardee framework agreement executed by markets subsequent contracts with systematic recompetition of the holders of the lot concerned; the contract is concluded without commitment of volume or exclusivity. - Maximum duration of six years, i.e. a firm period of three years (36 months) followed by three periods twelve-month options. Provisional start of services envisaged on September 1, 2027. - Estimated forecast volume: €254 million excluding tax over the total duration (Lot 1: €126 million; Lot 2: €128 million). - Profiles mobilized: engineers (junior, experienced, expert) and experienced technicians specializing in complex infrastructure construction projects.
