The project involves the construction of a new R+1 building at the entrance to the site housing launch and technical drawing rooms, changing rooms and toilets, for a useful surface area of ​​550 m². This new building will be directly connected with building 14. The operation also includes the partial redevelopment of premises in building 14 (CDI computer room, offices, toilets, circulation areas, classrooms, science rooms, etc.) for a floor area of ​​approximately 550 m².
