This consultation concerns the provision of management services for the acquisition and implementation of 4G or 5G radio infrastructure for underground and surface transport networks, onboards and dedicated Sytral applications. Mobility and to ensure RRF compliance of new infrastructures. _This contract is, within the meaning of Directive 2014/25 EU, a framework agreement. This is a so-called composite framework agreement concluded with an economic operator. It has 2 parts distinct: A part called ordinary contract, A part mixed framework agreement executed in part by the issuance of purchase orders and by the conclusion of subsequent contracts, within the meaning of articles R2162-1 to 6 and 13 to 14 of the Order Code public. The ordinary market part concerns services relating to the main MOE base of the operation. This part is concluded at a fixed price. The framework agreement - mixed part concerns additional services. It will be treated in partly by issuing purchase orders and partly by concluding subsequent contracts, within the meaning of articles R2162-1 to 6 and 13 to 14 of the Public Procurement Code. The mixed framework agreement part is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 7 M euro(s) excluding tax. The composite framework agreement takes effect from its notification date for a period of 10 years
