Tender Details
The subject of procurement are project management services and legal support in the implementation of the project "RECONSTRUCTION AND UPGRADE OF THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF THE SERVICE AREA DVORAC D.O.O. FOR MUNICIPAL ACTIVITIES OF VALPVO" (hereinafter referred to as: Project).
The services that are the subject of this Agreement can be summarized in two basic groups of actsproperties:
1. The Client's legal support and consulting services during the preparation and implementation of the Project are described in more detail in the project terms of reference (Book 2 of this DON in chapter 2.1).
2. Project management services are described in more detail in the project assignment (Book 2 of this DON in chapter 2.2).
Legal support serviceske and consulting and project management as part of the contract in question includes consulting and support services for the Client in the implementation of the following activities (3 construction contracts and 1 service contract) of the Project:
1. Contract 1: Group 1: Reconstruction and extension of the waste water drainage system in the areain the city of Valpova, estimated purchase value: EUR 290, 860.04, Construction contract in accordance with the ZOO, which includes: Construction of 886 m' of gravity collectors of the drainage system, 664 m' of pressure pipelines of the drainage system and 3 pumping stations
2. Contract 2: Group 2: Renovation of the waste water drainage system collectoryes, and carrying out preparations for house connections in the area of the settlements of Koška, Niza and Ladimirevci, estimated purchase value: EUR 1, 357, 449.07, Construction contract in accordance with ZOO, which includes: Rehabilitation of the existing drainage system using a combination of methods with and without excavation, construction of new house connections...
