PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR THE RESTRUCTURING-EXTENSION OF THE COMMUNITY TECHNICAL CENTER The Technical Center of the Community of Communes of Guillestrois and Queyras brings together offices, workshops, vehicles and waste transfer docks, services techniques thereof. This center is located on vast land which also houses the Guillestre recycling center and wastewater treatment plant. Many dysfunctions are observed today and in particular the insufficient surface areas exploitable, the crossing of flows (security not respected) and the obsolescence of installations.
