Project management: restructuring of buildings with a view to creating a regional center dedicated to the training of technical cinema professions, two film studios and a resource center INTELLECTUAL SERVICE MISSIONS RELATING TO THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT OPERATION For the restructuring of industrial buildings with a view to creating a territorial center dedicated to the training of technical cinema professions, two film studios and a resource center on the old site industrial of FRANCE TABAC. Procedure with negotiation WITHOUT delivery of an intellectual service. The use of this type of procedure is provided for in articles L.2124-3, R.2124-3 et seq., R.2161-12 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code in the event that the public contract includes design services: the operation concerned by this contract being a rehabilitation of existing buildings, it includes design services.
