Project management for the requalification of public spaces and the extension of three existing Activity Zones (ZA): Bordebasse, La Grouade and Croix de Casagne The ZAC covers an area of approximately 100 ha including 32 ha of transferable lots and approximately 10 ha of public spaces to be developed. It will be developed over the long term in 6 phases, with the first phase being planned for 2028. Several preliminary studies have already been carried out, examined, and will be handed over to the selected service provider: - Creation file the ZAC - Approved AVP file - Public inquiry file for environmental authorization In order to begin the construction phase of the ZAC, the service provider's mission will include: - PRO project management missions to AOR for the completion of phase 1 of the ZAC - Project (PRO) phase 1 - Assistance in the award of works contracts (ACT) phase 1 - Execution studies (EXE) phase 1 - Review of project compliance with execution studies (VISA) phase 1 - Works management (DET) phase 1 - Scheduling, Management, Site Coordination (OPC) phase 1 - Assistance during reception operations (AOR) phase 1 - Additional assistance missions: - Appropriation of the validated global AVP - Establishment of the ZAC construction file and updating of the impact study - Establishment of the CCCT and updating of the CPAUPE - Consultation and information of users or the public - Coordination or participation in the coordination of actions carried out by...
