The contract includes optional installments defined in the consultation regulations (point 1.4.). The details of the missions entrusted to the holder will appear in the specifications. Services are paid by fixed prices. This market concerns: The Major South-West Rail Project (GPSO) led by SNCF Réseau consists of the creation of a new high-speed line between Bordeaux and Toulouse (LGV). The construction of this line interacts and is incompatible with the current route of the drinking water supply network of the Bordeaux Métropole Water Authority as well as with structuring projects such as the 100, 000 pipeline and future drilling. The first interface identified concerns the Budos aqueduct, a structuring and history of 1887 which transports water from Budos and Bellefond springs to the Béquet factory located in Villenave d'Ornon. This aqueduct today provides 20% of Bordeaux Métropole's water supply. A cooperation agreement was signed between SNCF Réseau and La Régie de l'Eau de Bordeaux Métropole and a feasibility study and project management delegation agreement is being signed in order to identify and resolve incompatibilities between the current network and the route GPSO for which modification work should be carried out (called Compatibility Works or TMC).
