Procedure with negotiation subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-3, R. 2124-4 and R. 2161-21 to R. 2161-23 of the Public Procurement Code. The procedure is broken down into two distinct phases: 1/ An application phase at the end of which the candidates admitted to submit an offer will be selected. 2/ An offer phase at the end of which the beneficiaries of each lot will be chosen. Framework agreement multi-awarder, with purchase orders, without minimum and with maximum passed in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. This is a multi-awardee framework agreement. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of two economic operators, subject to a sufficient number of offers. For all lots, the framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date of notification of the contract. The framework agreement is renewed tacitly until its end.
