The work will be carried out on an occupied site. The college is an R and N type ERP, 3rd category.
The work provides for the organizational improvement of all of thepremises:
- Restructuring and reorganization of the reception, school life, health, administration, teachers, general education, sciences, technology, IT, plastic arts, music, permanent contracts, specialized rooms, maintenance and sanitary centers with the aim of welcoming 20 divisions (580 studentses);
- Integration and creation of new functions: "College of tomorrow" classroom, modular room, ULIS room, UPE2A room;
- Reconfiguration and extension of the school restaurant (satellite kitchen, dining rooms and agent premises) for 500 half-boarders;
- The layout of the roomsexterior spaces, including courtyards, forecourts, accesses as well as fences;
- Construction of a courtyard, a bicycle room, a dressing room and toilets.
