The consultation aims to award a public contract for a project management mission relating to the restructuring and extension of the Stade de Lisse, including the creation of a community swimming pool in Noeux-les-Mines. The total floor area is estimated at 3, 751m2 including 1600m2 rehabilitation. Estimated financial envelope allocated to the works of the Sliding Stadium and the community swimming pool: 11, 655, 000 Euros excluding tax. The missions entrusted will be as follows: Basic mission (art.
