The contract governed by this specific clauses book (CCP) is a project management contract within the meaning of article R 2172-1 of the Public Procurement Code and intended to provide a response to the program defined by the project owner for the renovation of the Evacuation Hatches installations of the Louvre Museum The mission of the holder includes a basic mission within the meaning of articles R2431-20 to R2431-20 of the public procurement code as well as a complementary mission element within the meaning of article R2431-19 of the public procurement code: Diagnostic studies (DIAG) The operation subject of this consultation falls within the framework of a project management service contract and within the scope of application of the provisions of law n° 85 - 704 of July 12, 1985 relating to public project management and its relationship with private project management (MOP Law) and Book IV (Part 2) of the public procurement code. The work on which the project management mission relates belongs to the category “reuse or rehabilitation of building works”.
