Project management mission relating to the operation of creating 15 emergency hospitalization beds on the R+5 of block A - on the southern site of the Reunion University Hospital The contract will be awarded according to the open tender procedure within the meaning of provisions L2124-2, R2124-2, R2161-2 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code. The mission is augmented by several additional mission elements as specified in article 1-4 of this notebook. The operation is classified in the REUSE category -REHABILITATION-RESTRUCTURING. The budget allocated to the work is 1, 300, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. Basic mission: AVP-including work authorization application file) -PRO/DCE-ACT-VISA-DET-OPC-AOR-SYN Additional missions: DIAG + CSSI The duration of the MOE mission is estimated at 25 months The estimated duration of the work is 6 months (including 1 month of site preparation) + 12 months GPA. The details and characteristics of the needs are defined in the CCAP, program and technical annexes attached. in DCE 26-24. Minimum CA requirement: the candidate must demonstrate an average annual turnover, calculated over the last three financial years available, at least equal to 150, 000 euro(s) excluding tax, in the field of project management or similar services (architecture, engineering).
