This consultation aims to designate the holder of a project management contract relating to acquisition-improvement works on 5 diffuse real estate complexes in STRASBOURG, with a view to their overall energy renovation. The details of expected services are specified in the documents of the DCE, in particular the Functional Technical Program. It is specified that the buildings are partially occupied. The operations must comply with the BBC Rénovation level, obtaining the label is not required. The estimated duration of the work is set at 12 months; for information purposes, the target for starting work is set no later than 05/01/2027. There is provision for 1 firm tranche and 5 optional tranches as determined in the DCE.
