Tender Details

The municipality wishes to rehabilitate the Caussade barracks comprising 4 disused buildings to provide housing, commercial premises, a communal village hall and communal storage spaces, as well as parking for residents. THE buildings represent approximately 2000m2 of floor space and will accommodate: - a village hall of approximately 150m2 - storage spaces for the municipality - 2 commercial premises of approximately 50m2 - 16 housing units ranging from furnished T1 to T4 - developments exterior: parking, pedestrian traffic, surrounding areas, etc. The project must respect the heritage architecture of the buildings and the quality of the site. The project must respect the implementation and offer low operating costs and mastered. It must comply with all current standards (accessibility, fire safety and labor code for example).
