PROJECT MANAGEMENT MISSION RELATING TO THE CREATION OF A PROTECTIVE WORK FOR THE SECURITY OF THE PEGE SECTOR IN SAINT-HILAIRE-DE-RIEZ PROJECT MANAGEMENT MISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF HUMAN AND MATERIAL ISSUES FACED WITH PHENOMENA MARITIME AND RIVERSHIPS ON THE QUAY MARIE DE BEAUCAIRE IN SAINT GILLES CROIX DE VIE The purpose of the mission is to update the studies of the project to strengthen the Pège sector in the commune of Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, as well as to carry out the studies regulations and project management services necessary for its implementation. The project is based on studies previously carried out, in particular the PRO file developed in 2021, validating the principle of a retro-coastal dike installed behind the the Pège dune. The operation aims to ensure the protection of people, property and activities located behind the dune barrier against the risk of marine submersion. - Firm phase: PRO mission element (basic mission according to annex 20) Studies of Complete project relating to the updating of the PRO file for the reinforcement of the Pège structure, integrating the regulatory, technical and land developments that have occurred since the validation of the project, without calling into question its location, its land rights or its general design principles.
