Tender Details

The project management team (architect and BET) will be responsible for the design, analysis of offers and monitoring of the completion of the work in order to achieve the following objectives: 1.Construction of a modular tertiary building for services following EMG (mobile geriatrics team) EMSP (mobile palliative care team), addiction day hospital, 2. Relocation of existing modular units & reinforcement of modular premises for PASS services (permanent access to nursing care health) The duration of the MOE mission is estimated at 16 months; it begins to run from the start date which will be defined by service order and is linked to the duration of the work. The estimated duration of the work is 4 months / linked to the schedule of definitive work fixed at the AE. A strong commitment to the timetable for carrying out studies and works is expected according to the elements specified in DCE 26-20 including the program and technical annexes
