object of the contract : this adapted procedure is organized with a view to awarding a project management contract for the development of resa safety areas at rodez-aveyron airport. Place of execution of work, delivery of supplies or provision of services: airport rodez-aveyron 12330 rooms the source main features : the client has decided to entrust the project management team with the following missions.: basic mission within the meaning of decree n2018-1075 of 03/12/2018 relating to the regulatory part of the public order code / part 2: public contracts / book iv: provisions specific to public contracts related to the public contracting authority and project management: - preliminary study (pe) - pre-project studies (vpa) - project studies (pro) - assistance to the awarding of works contracts (act) - direction of the execution of works (det) -assistance to the operations of reception(aor) -realization of the works until the end of the perfect completion. -deliverance of the project manager`s visa.the basic mission is complete of: -execution studies (exe), -mission scheduling, piloting and coordination (opc) the consultation will be divided into two parts: - firm section: resa 13.- optional slice 1: resa 31.the cost of the works is estimated at (value april 2019): - slice farm: 380 000, 00 euro ht - optional slice 1: 215 000, 00 euro htdate predictable de demarraof services: october 2019this consultation is open to a project manager or a project management team with expertise in: -against airport works-earthworks-vrd-opcla consultation is open to candidates who come alone, if they have all the required skills or have a group of mastery of work. It is specified that the composition of the team will not be able to evolve once the candidature deposited.
