Tender Details

The Laffon de Ladebat joint water union (SieLL) owns various administrative, technical and storage buildings (former agricultural shed), all located in Heudicourt-sous-les-Côtes. For the purposes of organizing and transferring its services, the SieLL plans to: - Thermally rehabilitate according to the requirements of the CLIMAXION system (Grand-Est Region) and redevelop the existing administrative and technical buildings into administrative premises accessible to people with reduced mobility, - Rehabilitate the envelope of the hangar by making it frost-proof and aesthetically pleasing given its positioning at the union entrance (roof, cladding), - Redevelop the hangar by creating, in addition to parking spaces for service vehicles and storage of repair parts for networks, a workshop room and a storage room for hazardous materials, - Build a building with an estimated surface area of ​​120 m², adjoining the storage building (hangar) to be used as living quarters for technical service agents, - Installation possible photovoltaic panels on the hangar, - Develop the surroundings and parking to the right of the hangar.
