Project management mission for carrying out restoration and security and stabilization work at Maillezais Abbey The Department has decided to put in place this framework project management agreement for the execution of works and security and stabilization at Maillezais Abbey. - The first subsequent contract will concern a project management mission for consolidation and restoration work on the northern surrounding wall of the site. - At the same time, missions Additional diagnostics, studies and monitoring of work on other elements of the site may be requested as part of other subsequent contracts. The project management contract will include a basic mission for the first subsequent contract, while for future subsequent contracts, this may be supplemented by prior and complementary DIAG and/or OPC missions. This is a single-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts with no minimum and a maximum of 635, 000 euro(s) Excl. tax. The envelope reserved for the work is 5, 000, 000 euro(s) excluding tax, including 1, 906, 000 euro(s) excluding tax (value October 2025) for subsequent contract no. 1.
