Tender Details

The purpose of this call for candidates who will be invited to submit an offer for a project management mission. This consultation relates to the redevelopment of technical spaces of the tropical aquarium and reserves located in the basement and on the ground floorof the building of the public establishment of the Palais de la Porte Doree, EPPPD (293 avenue Daumesnil 75012 Paris). The work operation is described in a program attached to the business consultation file (DCE). The building being classified partly under the historic monuments, the missionwill be conducted under the control of the chief architect of the historic monuments territorially competent, under article R. 621-27 of the Heritage Code, namely Pierre-Jean TRABON, for the work relating to classified works. The missions entrusted to the project manager are as follows: Basic missions: -Aps (firm edge) -APD (firm edge) -Pro (optional slice) -Act (optional tranche) -visa (optional tranche) -Det (optional tranche) -Aor (optional tranche) The additional missions entrusted to the holder are as follows: -complementary. -Coordination of fire safety systems -Assistance and advice for exploitation and maintenance -Presynthesis and synthesistechnique
