This framework agreement will make it possible to carry out general and specific maintenance operations to bring the site up to standard, minor operations to improve or adapt the layout of interior or exterior spaces and technical installations. (e.g. emergency staircase at the media library, work to make facades more accessible, development of technical premises, compliance and adaptations to the technical networks supplying the aquariums, etc.). The contract will be subject to subsequent contracts.
